All Pitbulls Are Viscious?

Pitbulls have always been my favorite breed of dog. They are not only beautiful, but very obedient. I will be moving out within the next few years and when I do, I plan on getting a Blue Brindle Pitbull. It's set in stone, because my friend breeds them. My friend and I went to a flea market last week and saw four Brindle Pitbull puppies for sale and they were sooo cute. Obviously, I couldn't get one because I still live with my mom and I’d rather buy one from my friend. When I came home I got in the mood to look up Pitbull pictures, laws, etc. I watched this show where a family had their female pitbull named Bella for over 6 years. They are a couple with two kids and the kids love their dog to death. Bella is their inside family dog and has never caused any problems. This family ended up having to get rid of Bella after having her for six years because their area decided to ban pitbulls. The kids were crying and hugging their dog because she was being ripped away from them. It broke my heart.

I swear if they decide to 'ban' pitbulls when I finally get mine, I will be extremely upset. Dogs become part of your family. They aren't just animals...they are FAMILY. You cannot ban a family member. I'm sick of the pitbull stereotype. They are just as stupid as racial stereotypes. Just as I've mentioned before I judge people based on their behaviors, not their race. Same goes for dogs; I just them on their character, not their breed. For example, imagine a race being banned because statistically and stereotypically they are violent...."oh no, orange person. You can't be in this state anymore. I am ripping you from your family because other orange people are mean. You may not be mean, but I don't give a shit because you’re orange".

I hope all the disgusting people who breed, train, and teach pitbulls to be violent all get what they deserve. People take advantage of this breed because of how obedient and loyal they are. Now look what you’ve done!! Of course there are single instances where a pitbull may snap for no reason, but there are instances like that in every breed. Pitbulls just get shunned the most in media while other breeds are more ignored. Each pitbull is an individual just as each human is. Each individual pitbull should not be punished or judged based on it's breed. Each individual human should not be punished or judged based on it's race.

Many people say they are natural born killers. Natural born killers do not exist. Nothing is ever 100% genetic or 100% environmental. Both nature (genetics) and nurture (environmental experiences) work together to produce an outcome. Once people realize this then maybe they would understand than banning a whole breed of a dog is stupid and inconsiderate.
