America Sickens Me.

Most of the food sold in America's grocery stores are lacking nutrients and are abundant in preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, excess sugar, salt, etc. Mostly everything in America's grocery stores are unhealthy..even the ones that are claimed to be healthy. Did you know that in other countries it's illegal for any food to contain fructose corn syrup? Yet in America it's in just about everything. It's hard to find foods without that in it. Lately, it disgusts me at how unhealthy I eat. It's not just me either.. If you live in America, it's you too. Did you know that America also has bigger serving sizes than other countries? For people like me, it doesn't matter because of our high metabolisms. BUT it does bother those whose metabolisms aren't are high. THIS is why America has so many obsese children and adults. Go to Spain and you will see how much smaller the burgers are compared to America.

Another example: I hate milk, but I've decided that I need to drink it for my bone health. The solution was to get some of the flavored strawberry powder to put into my milk. However, every single one of those powder products had High Fructose Corn Syrup as either the main or 2nd most abundent ingredient. Ew FAIL.

I've decided that once I graduate and move out on my own that I am going to change my eating habits. It's gonna cost more money which is why I have to wait. I'm still going to eat as much as I want...but none of this gross food. I'm going to try to buy organic foods and grow my own fruits/vegatables. America's foods may not affect me on the outside, but i'm sure it's tearing me apart on the inside. America sickens me.

The Justice System of America

Dear Justice System of America,
Are you insane? Have you ever wondered about how much better it would have been if you didn't release those rapists and other major criminals? Maybe if you didn't release that rapist, he wouldn't have had the chance to rape and murder 4 MORE girls and keep their dead bodies in his house (true story). Maybe if you didn't release that murderer, he wouldn't have taken another innocent 3 year old's life (true story). Why would anyone in their right mind release a rapist or murderer? They KILLED somebody. They RAPED somebody. Do you really think they are going to just randomly turn their lives around? No, I highly doubt that their thought process will be "Ohh no more raping for me. I did it once and i loved every minute of it, and now i'm free to do it again, but i wont!". No, they will probably be thinking something along the lines of "Well I went to jail for a while, but hey i'm out now. So that means, if i rape someone again i just have to be sneakier about it..and if i get caught i'll just be released again in a few years". These people are the ones who intentionally did these horrible things, no accidents.

The reason i'm writing this right now, is because 20 murders and rapists are about to be released in my state!! Do you know how freaking scary that is? It makes me sick that someone can face life in prison for stealing, yet they can be set free for murdering/raping someone. I think this calls for a petition.
